Alex & John tied the knot at the lovely First Presbyterian Church in Macon, GA. It was a fun filled day of romance, commitment, and love. I feel so blessed that I got to be a part of their day, and that I got to work with a fab team of wedding vendors. Alex & John’s family were also a major part of pulling all the details together to make the day sentimental and perfect. So now onto the wedding preview!
Some details, my fav was the necklace that Alex wore… the stone was her parents engagement stone and the two others were her mom and daddy’s birth stones.
Psalm 34:3 was engraved inside of both Alex and John’s rings, and Alex’s mom actually made her veil!
Alex’s brother Sean, did a fab job with Alex’s hair. I love that first shot…brother/sister love!
Alex was a beautiful bride. And can I just say those eyes are stellar!
Oh I think this is my fav!
John got a little love note from his bride.
He looked spiffy in his tux!
John was a good sport and showed off his mismatched socks. Alex got his two different pairs for him to wear since he is known for mismatching his socks.
They decided to see each other before the wedding in a private first look.
I love that Alex wore her blusher down to see her groom for the first time.
Sweet embrace.
They had a sweet time of prayer together.
And then we got to do my favorite thing….Romantics!
What a cutie couple! Those Camps!
Even when they are being romantic, Alex is cracking up!
The gals looked amazing in purple dresses and amazing florals by Carmen with Nectar and Company! Oh, and the dresses had pockets…how cute!
Alex’s daddy had to get in a pic with the ladies!
The Party!
The rings.
An emotional moment before the service!
Could he beam any brighter?
Alex’s sweet daddy got a little emotional when giving away his baby girl.
Tears run in the family, I guess….but again Alex gets a laugh too. I just love her spirit!
John’s family is super talented too. His mom played the organ for the service and his brother played the piano.
Mr. & Mrs. John Hafner Camp!
Off on the Molly Trolley to the reception at the Armory Ballroom!
Party time!
The cake and all the tasty food was by Bobby Jo Carver and company.
Alex made John’s groom’s cake herself. So cute!! John plays the guitar . . . remember his sweet serenade from the engagement session? And of course, two more of Alex giggling throughout the reception.
Air guitar.
Father/Daughter dance.
Now these guest knew how to cut a rug and they danced the night away to LOKD Entertainment’s rockin’ band. Alex even did the worm in her wedding dress!
Not only did they have sparklers, but they also had those little pop bottles that blow streamers out! So fun!
Thanks Alex and John for allowing me to share in such a fun day! I had so much fun with you and your crazy dancing friends! I can’t wait to share all the images from your wedding with you! Thanks!
