Sweethearts: Lindsey & Marcus!

A couple of weeks ago I got to squeeze in a little trip to my hometown of Statesboro, GA for Lindsey & Marcus’ engagement session. These two are such a romantic couple and it was a blast photographing them. The couple met when they were both working on their undergrads at Georgia Southern University( GSU). I also graduated from GSU as well so I had a blast tromping around my old campus. When Lindsey and Marcus met, they both lived on a dorm that faces Sweetheart Circle. Sweetheart Circle is a park right in the middle of the original campus, and it is where the guys and gals used to meet for courting…how appropriate that we got to do their session there!
The trees in Sweetheart Circle are just beautiful!
They used to climb this tree back in their college days.
For the second part of their session we headed to a local pecan orchard and a cotton field…so southern!
I think these are my fav from the session! LOVE!!!!
