Jenn & Jeffrey bring on the Summer Lovin’.

September 17, 2010 |

I had the honor of photographing Jenn and Jeffery’s beautiful beach-inspired wedding.   I can honestly say that Jenn is really one of the most creative, inspired DIY brides I have ever had.  She really put her and Jeffrey’s personal touches into every part of their day.  I was such a blast to photograph their love as well as all the fun beachy details.   I headed up to Norcross, GA along with my photo bestie Kerinsa (my second shooter for the day) to the Flint Hill Mansion for sweet summery ceremony.  Jenn was a beautiful bride, and since she’s a makeup artist she even did her own makeup!b_0001

Love Jenn’s birdcage veil that her mom found at Charming Charlies!  …and her adorable bridal robe from Victoria’s Secret.

b_0002Jenn had some beautiful beachy details.  She also had two pairs of bridal shoes.  b_0003

Jenn’s mom helped her into her lovely lace dress.

Aren’t these starfish boutonnieres cute?  Jenn made them!b_0021b_0022b_0023b_0024

Jenn is so crafty, and she created all of these adorable details to give their wedding some personal touches.  They had adorable matchbooks adorned with starfish.  A vintage-looking postcard welcomed guests to the wedding.  Mason jars filled with golf tees represented Jeff’s love for golf.  Remember their adorable engagement session on the golf course?b_0025

The ceremony.

Jeff could hardly wait to see his beautiful bride!b_0026b_0027

Jenn hand painted all of the little chalk boards and arranged the beautiful candy bar.  I had to pull her away from it so that I could take some bridals of her!

Each table was named for a different tropical island and each guest’s name was on a mini palm tree that had their island seating on it! Adorable Jenn!
