Elizabeth & Michael: Happily Married & Engaged

I just love this couple! They have such a great love story. These two actually already tied the knot! They chose to have a small ceremony with their family because they just couldn’t wait to start their lives together. I think this is so sweet! They didn’t want to live together before they got married, but they didn’t want to be in a long distance relationship anymore, so they said “I do.” So now they’re happily married and engaged!

Michael is in the Air Force, and his dog tags are one of Beth’s little treasures that always makes her think of him.

This hat! Michael has had it forever! Believe it or not, it used to be blue! He’s a lifelong Red Sox fan, and this hat is one of his treasures.

Oh! And one more thing. . . My favorite part of their love story is that Elizabeth and Michael met when they were 15 years old. Elizabeth was away at ballet camp in Maine, and Michael helped to build the stage for the performances. They struck up a friendship, and stayed in touch. Elizabeth even flew up to Maine and went to the prom with Michael. But they never dated. Elizabeth insisted they were just friends. Years later, they got back in touch and began talking and texting all the time. This time they knew it was meant to be. Soon, Elizabeth began making plans to move to Maine to be with Michael. They got married, and now they’re planning the wedding of their dreams. But wait, I forgot the best part. . . . I have their prom picture!!
