I’ve really been looking forward to posting this adorable wedding! Jayme and Jason chose the perfect venue for their vintage-chic Southern wedding – Pineola Farms! Every little detail of this day was simply adorable! Jayme and Jason are Southern through and through, and they wanted to honor their southern roots of Macon, GA and Louisville, MS. With the help of the fabulous Delise Knight of Pineola Farms and Jayme’s sweet mom, Denise, Jayme and Jason created a magical day of Southern elegance down on the farm! Enjoy!
Jayme found her lovely gown at J. Andrews Bridal. It was perfect for her!Jayme’s veil was an Etsy find. . . you know how much I love my Etsy brides?!Jayme chose the perfect wedding accessories! I love her floral lacey shoes! She also wore a “Old, New, Borrowed and Blue” garter that she found on Etsy. The lace is borrowed from a dress, the brooch is old AND blue and the silk for the rosettes is new. To complete Jayme’s vintage look, Nichole Mitchell of Signature Salon created this fabulously chic Signature ‘do. LOVE!
Jayme’s “fascinator” (Yes – I picked up that word at the Royal Wedding) was another adorable Etsy find. Because Jayme and Jason wanted to honor their hometowns on their special day, Jason wore cufflinks with each of their hometowns of Macon, GA and Louisville, MS. So cool, right? And yes, they found these on Etsy too!Jayme and Jason wanted to see each other for the first time before their ceremony. This is such a sweet moment! I love the look on Jason’s face! He can’t wait to grab his love and give her a big hug and kiss! Love it!This is one good looking couple!
There are so many beautiful places to shoot on the grounds at Pineola!
Such a stunning bride! All of the beautiful flowers were created by the multi-talented Delise Knight. Gorgeous!! And check out the adorable jewelry the bridesmaids are wearing – Jayme’s mom made it! So cute! I love the vintage heart shaped blue button that was on Jason’s boutonniere.
The lovely hankie belonged to Jayme’s great-grandmother.
A pecan orchard always has the most lovely light!
The wedding party
I really like these… I can’t wait to put them in their wedding album!
Jayme, taking a quiet moment before the ceremonyI love this one….it’s for Denise (Jayme’s mama)…Jayme emailed me a photo of her mom from her wedding day and wanted to recreate it for a surprise for her mom. Isn’t that sooo sweet!
Denise…please don’t kill me but I had to post our inspiration photo!
Minus all the lace…. y’all look so much a like!
Jayme and Jason filled their wedding with fresh peaches to honor Jayme’s home state of GA. . . . Yum!!Fluffy blue hydrangeas, sweet GA peaches, and “a fan to move the southern breezes”! I also loved the custom packs of tissues to for the guests to wipe away their “tears of joy!”
Both Jayme’s mama and daddy walked her down the aisle.
Waiting for his brideGood thing they had the tissues for mama at this sweet ceremony.Jayme’s great-uncle officiated the ceremony. He also christened Jayme and married Jayme’s parents. I love this sweet family tradition! A sweet kiss to seal the deal
I love when they do this!
I love how these two look at each other! So sweet! Each of Jason’s groomsmen handed him a peach when they went down the aisle…so his pockets were bulging with 6 big peaches…. He was a good sport about the whole thing… but he did look a little funny!
I love this shot… I have decided that it will be my new business card!
Adorable!A few kisses in the sunshineJayme and Jason’s reception was adorable! They continued their celebration of the South into their reception. The theme of their reception was a vintage farmer’s market! The tables were overflowing with all kinds of Southern goodness. I loved the antique typewriter that invited everyone to sign their guest book. They also had plaques honoring GA and MS hanging at the reception. One of my fav details is that they had the ticket from the football game where they first met framed along with some pics I took of their in their team jerseys at their engagement session… you can see some of those HERE.The table decorations had just the right amount a vintage charm! I love all the bolts and bolts of beautiful satin ribbon!
Jayme and her mom spent months collecting vintage milk glass vases and blue jars for the wedding decor! It turned out lovely.
First DanceAmanda’s Cakery made the yummy cakes. Since their reception was like a farmer’s market, it was perfect that the cakes were decorated with fruit – Double yum! This may be one of my favorite food tables! I love all the vintage market details and the cute chalkboard signs! Katerings by Kelly did all the delicious food!
Fresh fruit, southern biscuits and ham and of course cheese grits!!!!! YUM!
Jayme and Jason gave their guests peach preserves as a favor. In return, their guests rang these adorable monogrammed cowbells as Jayme and Jason rode away in their vintage ride. Remember, Jayme and Jason are big Mississippi State fans since that’s their alma mater, so it was only fitting that their friends and family ring the cowbells as they ride away!
A few twilight romantics!
With the getaway car!Jayme and Jason and their guests danced to the music of B. Keith Williams and his band. Before their big getaway, Jayme and Jason released a wish lantern. They’re kind of like tiny hot air balloons. I thought it looked kind of like a big peach – how fitting!Fun with sparklersJayme and Jason, thanks for sharing your awesome wedding day with me! I had so much fun!
