Chandler & Patrick

July 6, 2018 |

Chandler and Patrick’s love story was ten years in the making, and their wedding was a beautiful way to start a new chapter in that story. From the traditional ceremony at the bride’s home church to the lovely outdoor reception at the bride’s family home, every detail was elegant and beautiful. The day started at the McMichael Cottage at Indian Springs. The bride and her girls got to relax and get pampered there while getting ready for the day.

The brides sister, Elizabeth, the MOH, did a flawless job with the makeup.

Such a beautiful bride! The lovely garden at Chandler’s family’s home was the perfect place for a first look. You may recognize it from their engagement session.  So beautiful!  Patrick, the handsome groom Chandler’s “something old” and “something borrowed” was her stunning veil. It was the same veil that her mom wore on her wedding day.

One of Chandler’s flower girls was her niece, and she was named after the bride! So sweet! The lovely florals were by Wayne at Artistic Flowers

That’s a good looking wedding party!  Loved that veil!

You will see Chandler’s sister’s bridal hanging on the wall behind her. We had to re-create it so that her’s can hang above it!
The ceremony was held at Jackson United Methodist Church.   After the blessing of the marriage, a quartet, including the bride’s sister, sang “Song of Ruth.” It was a beautiful moment.  Sometimes you find the perfect light in a most unlikely place. I’m loving the golden light streaming through a window in the church basement. It was perfect!  After the beautiful ceremony, the reception was held at the bride’s family home. Their reception looked like a woodland wonderland. It was gorgeous!  What a beautiful cake!

The happy couple had a sweet first dance serenaded by their wedding band, Crystal Clear

This couple tore up the dance floor all night!

Of course, these Georgia alums had to call the dawgs! Sic ’em!

Then they exit through a shower of lavender!

Chandler and Patrick, thank you for letting me be a part of your special day.

Love,

Jenny Evelyn
